Terms of Service

General terms
By commissioning me, you agree to these T.O.S. Any violation of these terms will result in cancellation of your commission and potential blacklisting.

  • I reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason, these may include, but are not limited to: failure to provide payment (in timely manner or at all), uncomfortable subject matter, or lack of communication.

  • Prices are subject to change depending on complexity

  • 50% upon commissioning, 50% upon completion

  • Full refunds not applicable once I have begun work. However, partial refunds may be available depending on the level of completion and/or reason for cancellation. (Up to 50%)

  • Do NOT under any circumstances REMOVE my watermark or alter my lines without prior approval. Please keep my signature on the commission and try not to crop it (unless it’s a profile picture, but I ask that you credit me)

  • Do not send payment before agreement has been reached

  • WIP photos will be sent (with heavily watermarked final proof before the rest of payment) and alterations are free, BUT I may request an additional fee for major changes you have previously approved the detail (i.e. approving line art and requesting a change when colouring WIP has been sent or changing the pose/expression of character when sent the final)

  • You may NOT profit off of any of my work under ANY circumstances, this is not flexible

  • Do NOT claim my artwork as yours, you will be black listed from future commissions

  • I may post your finished commission on my social media, use as an example for future commission, or add to my portfolio. Please inform me if you are uncomfortable with this, I never want to share anything without permission

About Me

  • I am a 18 y/o small creator with ADHD and autism, please be patient with me as I have certain restrictions that keep me from completing various tasks. I’m also a college student, so the time I have to complete commission varies constantly. You will be made aware of any change in my availability

  • My main fursona is a snow leopard/striped hyena named Gloom! I also have several other fursonas (the most prevalent of them being Slush) and their references sheets are always available on my Instagram or Toyhouse

  • I use Instagram the most out of any social media, I’m most likely to respond quickly there!
